Mental Health Therapy
Therapy and coaching is available utilizing multiple approaches with an emphasis on cognitive behavioural and mindfulness based therapies. We treat clients with concerns in the area of depression, anxiety, disordered eating, body image dissatisfaction, trauma and interpersonal relationships.
Resources
Education and exploration of ideas are important parts of anyone’s mental health journey, and our therapists have compiled a list of community, audio, video, and print resources to help you embark on your journey of self-growth. Podcasts and videos are a great way to open yourself to new ideas on the go.
Groups
We offer a range of therapeutic groups from binge, compulsive and emotional over eating, to mindfulness based cognitive therapy groups. Our groups cycle throughout the year and although they are currently postponed, they will resume as soon as safety can be assured. See our group page for more information.
